Cancellation Policy

We want satisfied customers, not hostages. That’s why we make it easy for you to cancel your account directly in ExperienceBuilder.
Our legal responsibility is to the primary contact on your account, which means we cannot cancel an account at the request of anyone else. If you no longer know who the account owner is, contact us at support@ourexperiences.com, and we’ll reach out to the current primary account contacts, or other account users designated as "Admins" at the email addresses we have on file.
